Nick is available as a chef for demonstrations, teaching, as well as for TV & radio appearances. He is a passionate advocate of all things good about Scottish food and cooking.
Nick regularly brings his passion for cooking and Scottish food into the public eye, from his first TV series, Wild Harvest, to his most recent series Paul & Nick’s Big Food Trip with Paul Rankin for STV and UTV, via cooking for the Queen in Great British Menu and a good few years on Ready Steady Cook. His has a regular slot on Saturday Kitchen, co-presents BBC Scotland’s rural affairs programme Landward, and has appeared on Put Your Menu Where Your Mouth Is, Eating in The Sun, The One Show. He is also a frequent host and chef for awards ceremonies, charity dinners, pop-up restaurant nights, conferences and plenty more.
With celebrity comes responsibility. What Nick says in public can make a difference. His integrity demands that he believes in what he talks about, whether the topic is what we eat as a nation, children’s diet, a new restaurant or a great saucepan. This makes him an excellent choice as public speaker, cooking demonstrator, private host or someone to front an idea or venture, large or small, public or private. It also means he has to respect any product, brand or project you bring to the table in order for him to come on board.
