This November sees an amazing one-off residential course at the Nick Nairn Cook School, in Port of Menteith, near Stirling.
Nick will be joined by Paul Rankin, Brian Turner, Roy Brett, Michael Smith, Cyrus Todiwala & Tony Singh for a unique cooking week. Call now to be a part of it, staying in lochside accommodation just a stroll from the Nick Nairn Cook School, where you'll be working with these charismatic chefs, preparing and eating fantastic menus using the best local produce.
Each day you will have the chance to spend quality time learning, cooking and eating with the chefs, from breakfast at the Cook School, through each day's learning and cooking, you'll dine in the evening with your fellow cooks at the Cook School, before returning to your accommodation for the night.
There will be an end-of-week banquet which you'll prepare throughout the week, and wines and wine-tasting from acclaimed wine-merchant Doug Wood of Woodwinters in Bridge of Allan & Edinburgh, and the chefs will be fully supported by John Webber, voted the UK’s best cookery school tutor. You'll finish the week with a certificate and go home with a goody bag worth £200, full of great chef kit.
